Happy Sunday! Weekly Meal Plan #6 is here again, with recipe ideas for the week ahead so you don’t have to think hard what to cook for dinner tonight.
Remember that this weekly meal plan is a general guideline, you don’t have to follow it exactly. Pick what works for you, change things up and make it work for you. Happy cooking and eating!
Monday – Pesto Pasta With Chicken
Monday is pasta night and let’s start the week right on green and healthy Pesto Pasta with Chicken.
It’s so easy to make the garlic pesto (click the link to check out my recipe) and this pasta is absolutely delicious.
Tuesday – Saute Pork With Tomatoes
I am loving pork chops lately and this Saute Pork Chops with Tomatoes are colorful and utterly appetizing. They are loaded with tomatoes and basil, which are two of my favorite ingredients.
Wednesday – Orange Beef
Skip Chinese takeout and make everyone’s favorite Orange Beef at home. Cook some steamed rice and serve the Orange Beef with it and dinner is done!
Thursday – Ginger Garlic Baked Chicken
This is my go-to recipe whenever I want to bake chicken. The recipe is very versatile, you can bake chicken drumsticks, thighs, or chicken wings.
The chicken is absolutely flavorful and very easy to make. You really need to try this recipe.
Friday – No Cooking
Saturday – Tequila Lime Shrimp
It’s Saturday so add a dash (or two) of tequila on the weekend with this Tequila Lime Shrimp recipe.
You can serve this as is, with Cilantro Lime Rice, or get some tortilla from the store and prepare some shredded vegetables and you will have the best shrimp tacos at home.
Sunday – Instant Pot Chicken Noodle Soup
I just developed this recipe, and it’s the best, most nourishing and hearty chicken soup I have made, ever.
It’s so good, with perfect ratio of soup vs. chicken vs. noodles. This recipe feeds 6 people, or you can have the soup the whole day. You will love it, I promise.

I am getting your recipes again, which I love, but for some reason can not pull the recipe up for ingredients. Possibly you can tell me how to get the ingredients to come up, so I can make the recipe.
Hi Shirlie, for each recipe, just click on the link or image. Then you scroll down to the bottom of the page and you will see the pink recipe card with all the ingredients.
