Ingredients  

  • 1 lb. (500g) shrimp, shelled, deveined, tail-on
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/3 cup Thai sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon chopped cilantro
  • 1 pinch salt

Instructions 

  • Marinate the shrimp with garlic, sweet chili sauce, lime juice, cilantro, and salt. Stir to combine well.
  • Thread 3 shrimp onto each bamboo skewer. Repeat until you have 10 skewers.

  • Fire up the grill and cook the shrimp over direct heat. Grill on both sides until the shrimp are cooked and nicely charred. Serve immediately.

Soak bamboo skewers for 10 minutes before using.
