We had these tonight and they were great! Mine only need 20 minutes to cook before I added the Parmesan cheese. I loved that they had a natural sweetness to them. I’ll post about them on my weekly meal recap on my blog.

      Thanks Dana.

  8. Rich & Rose Pomerantz says:

Tastiest cauliflower ever. Nice, crisp on the outside and tender inside. Followed the directions, but noticed that after only about 20 minutes at 425, the cauliflower was getting very dark and it was already tender. Is 425 correct? We stopped at 20 minutes, added cheese and finished it off 5 minutes per recipe. Delicious!

    1. Rasa Malaysia says:

Yes, I followed the recipe from Bon Appetit, but I put in the middle tray. Thanks for trying the recipe glad that it turned out great for you. :)

    2. Joan Collins says:

They look scrumptious! Did roasting cause them to be flat or is each floweret sliced through?

      1. Rasa Malaysia says:

        Yes sliced through horizontally.

    3. Cindi says:

The recipe says 400, not 425.
