BUY THIS BOOK! You will not be disappointed! Bee this is really outstanding and the pictures are beautiful! I love that you show pictures of popular ingredients so we know what to shop for. I have two huge Asian markets close by and they have SO much to choose from that it’s hard to pick the right ingredients. Your images make things really easy and helpful. I will have more confidence at the store now and select quality products.

What is your first cookbook? Is it available? I am also interested in kindle versions.
I have 2 recipe requests: Bengawan Solo in Singapore makes 2 items that I am addicted to and miss. Whenever I am in Singapore visiting family, I MUST get these items: Pandan Cake and Mini Prawn Rolls. I wish there was an easy way to replicate these 2 fave treats. ANY help would be greatly appreciated!!! Thank you very much in advance.

I no longer do “Pay Pal” either. Will your book be available at any Costco stores in WA State? I tried to purchase your other books when I heard a Costco store in Federal Way stocked them. However, I traveled the distance only to discover they were out of stock.
Not sure why our Seattle stores did not stock them.
Although apparently rare these days, I would prefer a hard copy verses the e-edition. (I collect cookbooks.)

Have you looked at Createspace.com as a way to access both Amazon and Kindle. I am not paid to say this but I did published a book on Amazon/Kindle using Createspace. The book is called “Salt in the Rainbow” about a Malaysian sailing around the world. It was pretty easy, and you have already done the hard part, which is the layout.
