Honey Sriracha Chicken – crazy delicious chicken with honey sriracha marinade. Make it on a skillet, bake or grill for dinner tonight.
When it comes to making delicious Asian recipes, it’s all about the perfect balance of flavors: sweet, spicy, salty and sour.
Not all components need to present in a dish, but when it does, you’ve got the most amazing tasting food ever.
This honey sriracha chicken fits the perfect bill. It’s sticky sweet, spicy, salty, with a tint of sour. The chicken is extremely moist, juicy, delicious, bursting with bold flavors and absolutely addictive.
I found myself scraping off the sticky sauce on my skillet after I finished all the chicken. Just look at the pictures, you can’t blame me for doing that!
The best thing of all is the simplicity of the recipe. It takes 6 ingredients, nothing out of the ordinary. Chicken, honey, Sriracha, vinegar, garlic, and salt, which you already have in your fridge or pantry.
For the chicken, you can use chicken breast, thighs, drumsticks or wings. Make it for dinner tonight!

Today I splurged on high quality chicken thighs and made this recipe. I about cried. It was not only the best chicken I have ever made in my life (and I have made a lot of chicken) but the best chicken I have ever HAD in my life, full stop. I paired my succulent chicken with simple rice and steamed vegetables but the sauce and chicken made everything shine like a million dollars. I finished my highly satisfying meal and immediately picked up my phone which I was using while cooking to look at the recipe to comment this. Thank you for the highly accessible recipe with an amazing turnout. The effort is disproportionate to the result, in the best way possible. Goodness bless you.
Awesome!
Very good!
Is rice vinegar better or the apple cider? I have both.
It’s about the same, you can use either of them.
What would you serve this with, needing some healthy ideas please

I can’t say enough about how delicious this recipe is! WOW! I did omit the pinch of salt and it tasted perfect to me. Thank you for sharing your culinary magic!
Awesome thanks!
I made this tonight for dinner and it was a tremendous hit! I used a whole chicken cut up so I 5X the recipe. It came out perfect!!! I sautéed the chicken in oil on the stove to brown on both sides. I then placed the chicken on a baking tray lined with parchment and transferred to a 350 degree oven. I cooked it an additional 20 minutes turning the pieces halfway through. I then placed the left over marinade in the fry pan and brought it to a boil. I added the chicken into the marinade and cooked it down to caramelize the sauce. The dish was perfection. Thank you for another winning recipe!

Honey sriracha chicken is so good!
Delicious! Sweet, but with a little heat.
Thanks Angela for your raving review on the Honey Sriracha Chicken.
This is the most delicious chicken I’ve ever made. I make the sauce on its own and use it for different things because it’s so good. I’m absolutely addicted to it. Thank you
I used toasted sesame oil instead of the cider vinegar and it was great, definitely going to use this recipe again sometime
