Delicious Honey Garlic Shrimp

This honey garlic shrimp is perfect for any meal. As simple as it sounds, this is probably one of the most delicious recipes I have made recently.

I love shrimp, and I can eat shrimp every day.

I used 4 ingredients for the glaze: honey, garlic, salt and cayenne pepper. Prep and cooking takes only 15 minutes in total.

You want to use a lot of garlic so every bite is bursting with the garlicky flavors. Cook it on a cast-iron skillet so all the garlicky and honey goodness sticks to the bottom of the skillet.

Scrap every brown bit left on the skillet as that is the best part.

Want to know what is better to use with Shrimp, Lemon or Lime? I see you have a recipe using Lime with Salmon. Thanks and love your recipes.

    Hi, Bee
Thanks for the recipe – it was very nice and easy. Delicate flavors.
I held back some on the cayenne pepper and garlic – still yummy. We had rice and broccoli along with, and a salad.
Next time I’d like to add some stir-fry type veggies. First time I’ve made one of your recipes, but enjoy reading each of your posts. Thank you.

      Thanks.

  3. Amanda says:

    Hi Bee,

How do you not overcook the shrimp when you wait for the sauce to caramelize? When you continue stirring the shrimp like your recipe says, it takes awhile to caramelize and the shrimp tends to get overcooked by the time it does that. Any tips?

    1. Rasa Malaysia says:

Remove the shrimp and let the sauce reduces. For me, I like my shrimp overcooked a bit.
