What is the best white wine used here?
Also, what are the best red wine’s you use in other recipes please?
I look forward to hearing back from you regarding the wine questions Bee.
Thank You so much.
Hi Janet. You should use wine that you would typically drink with, whether white or red. In this recipe, a sauvignon blanc or chardonnay would work nicely. For red wines, you can use merlot, shiraz or cabernet sauvignon.
Can you use alternate pasta versus spaghetti?
Of course!
