Crispy and crunchy chocolate chip cookies.

I have to admit that I am not the biggest fan of chocolate (I know!) but I love chocolate chip cookie because it has the the benefit of not being super chocolate-y, with buttery and crunchy texture of cookies.

Chocolate chip cookies are oh-so-good when they are fresh out of the oven, with the tiny bits of chocolate chips melt in my mouth while the buttery aroma fills the house…

Why not repost the recipe using US volume measures instead of weights. Keep the metric but don’t convert to weight.???

    1. Rasa Malaysia says:

Cup measurement is not accurate, for the desired results please follow the weight measurement.

I am glad i found this recipe. Too many failed attempts before this. I follow the ingredient but reduce the sugar by 30grams and use only 1 egg. Baked in oven for 15 minutes-180degree and set the fan on. The cookies turns out crunchy, not too sweet just yummy! Thank you!
