Monday – Blackened Chicken Pasta

Blackened Chicken Pasta

Monday is Pasta night so let’s make Blackened Chicken Pasta. Who doesn’t love Blackened everything?

I love it and it’s even better pairing with pasta. The best thing about this recipe is that you can swap the protein easily with what you like. Yum!

Tuesday – Honey Balsamic Chicken

Honey Balsamic Chicken

I love this mouthwatering Honey Balsamic Chicken; the sauce is so delicious. This is one of the easiest recipes you can make with a skillet. There is only one pan to clean up.

Wednesday – Beef And Broccoli

Beef and Broccoli

Wednesday is international night so let’s make this Chinese restaurant worthy Beef and Broccoli.

Enjoy tender pieces of beef in a savory Chinese brown sauce, with broccoli. Serve this with steamed rice; it’s better than a Chinese takeout.

Thursday – Saute Pork With Tomatoes

Saute Pork with Tomatoes

Tender and juicy pork chops with lots of tomatoes and garlic. So easy and perfect for a busy Thursday night dinner.

Friday – No Cooking

Saturday – Cilantro Lime Shrimp

Cilantro Lime Shrimp

Let’s get to the south of border with this Mexican-inspired Cilantro Lime Shrimp.

Make a serving of this recipe and buy some tortillas, shredded cabbage, avocado and turn it into Cilantro Lime Shrimp tacos. My mouth is watering at the thought of it. Yummy!

While you are at it, make this scrumptious Skillet Chili Lime Corn to go with the tacos. Trust me, you will be transported to Mexico tonight!

Sunday – Parmesan Baked Fish Nuggets

Parmesan Baked Fish Nuggets

After a week of indulging, you want to wind down a bit and make something healthy.

These Parmesan Baked Fish Nuggets are exactly what you need. You can double the recipe and pack into lunch box for work or for your kids on Monday.

This is my first time to this site and I must say I am truly confused. So I signed in to receive recipes. Next I chose the main meat and what mealtime I wanted to prepare it for. ? So far so good. Am I right to assume that when I choose the above mentioned meat and mealtimes that I wanted, now I wait until the recipe is mailed to me?
What if I want to try more recipes using the same cut of meat?
And maybe I am having a hard time finding a item, like Sweet and Sour sauce? Seriously, the only thing I get told is, oh you can find it on the shelves at any grocery stores. . . . .NO you cannot and I have yet to talk with Anyone that has a recipe to make it!
Gee I sure hope you can help me. Thank You
