One Pan Pasta – everything gets cooked in one pan or one pot. This pasta is super delicious and there is only one utensil to wash. Talking about starting the week off right.

Tuesday – Chicken Teriyaki

The best chicken teriyaki that you’ll ever make, just like the best Japanese restaurants. Serve with steamed rice and broccoli.

Wednesday – Honey Mustard Baked Salmon

This Honey Mustard Baked Salmon takes only 10 minutes active time on a busy weeknight.

Thursday – Crock Pot Honey Sesame Pulled Pork

Throw all the ingredients before you head out to work and dinner is ready when you come back. Just buy some soft hamburger buns to make pulled pork sandwiches.

Friday – No Cooking

Saturday – Cheesy Ham and Broccoli Quiche

You have all the time on Saturday to make a proper quiche, loaded with ham, broccoli and cheese. You can eat this for the entire day, lunch and dinner. It’s very good!

Sunday – Garlic Butter Brazilian Steak

Celebrate Sunday with a steak dinner. This Garlic Butter Brazilian Steak recipe calls for just a few ingredients. Go full Brazilian by making Brazilian Cheese Puffs (Pão de Queijo) as the side dish.

Hi, Can I suggest that you list out the weekly meals instead of to request us to download the recipes. In this way, we can either see from the lists to juggle some meals.
Sometimes, it takes so long to download one recipe.
    Thanks.

Hi Ms. Wan, this is exactly what I did. I listed out the weekly meals. You don’t have to download the recipes if you don’t want to, only on the ones you intend to cook.
