Ingredients  

  • 1 lb (500g) tiger prawn , or jumbo shrimp
  • 3 tablespoons honey Sriracha butter, at room temperature
  • 1 tablespoon chopped cilantro leaves
  • Lime wedges, for serving

Instructions 

  • Clean, peel, and devein the shrimp, leaving the tail on. Rinse with cold water, drain, and pat dry with paper towels.
  • In a bowl, combine the shrimp and honey Sriracha butter. Make sure the shrimp is generously coated with the butter.
  • Heat the grill to medium heat. Grill the shrimp on both sides until the tail is slightly charred, about 6-8 minutes. Serve immediately with lime wedges.

    it is late รกt night and maybe I just missed it, but do you buy honey sriracha butter or do you make it? Did not see any amounts listed for butter, honey or sriracha. This looks really good, but I have never seen flavored butter.

      I am assuming you chop up and sprinkle the cilantro over the shrimp when it’s done cooking? No mention of what to do with cilantro in your directions. But trying this out tonight! Looks yummy!
